Every session is a little different, because every connection is different. I connect intuitively and relay what I receive in a grounded, conversational way. Some sessions feel very emotional, some are validating, and others bring clarity you may not have been able to access on your own. You don’t need to prepare anything special—just come open and present.

No. Skepticism is welcome here. You don’t have to “believe” in anything for a connection to happen. In many cases, the most meaningful sessions come from people who simply arrive curious and open to the experience.

There’s nothing you need to do. If it feels supportive, you can take a few quiet moments beforehand to settle your mind or think about what you’d like clarity on—but it’s not required. The connection does not depend on you doing anything perfectly.

In my experience, something always comes through—but how it’s received can vary. Sometimes information makes immediate sense. Other times, it lands later as things unfold. I always encourage you to stay open to both immediate validation and delayed understanding. However, if absolutely nothing is connecting we will reschedule. I trust in divine timing for all things.

Late Arrivals & No-ShowsPlease arrive on time for your scheduled session. I will wait 10 minutes after your scheduled start time. If you have not joined the session or contacted me within those 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, no-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.If you arrive late but within the 10-minute grace period, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.Thank you for respecting the time and energy set aside for your session.
